More details to this question:
If I purchase and install a manufactured home at a park and am the Lessee, and wish to Lease with Option to Purchase the home, are the Lease with the park and the Lease with Option to Purchase separate agreements. In other works if I remain on the Lease with the park and have a separate Lease with Option to Purchase have technically sublet either Agreement?

Yes, the lease of the home is a sublease of the mobile home park pad and is subject to all of the terms of the lease and any mobile home park rules. Most mobile home parks have strict rules on subletting and on sales of homes on mobile home park pads. Mobile home parks are highly regulated, with state, county, and city laws all enacting laws applicable to them on all kinds of subjects. Since a manufactured home is attached to the land and not still a motor vehicle, many parks do not allow them at all.
