I am $4000 behind on HOA dues bc of job loss- Mortgage is uptodate after loan modification was done
last yr. I got a forclousere notice from HOA lawye

Additional Details:
i tried to make arrangements with HOA lawyers but they were not able to give me any settlement- I am
willing to pay as i recieve my pay check lump sum but not full amount-I don''t have $4000

Try to appeal directly to your HOA Board. They have the final say on any terms that you would agree to repay what you owe. Sometimes it helps to skip the middle and go right to the source. If not, then seek the advice of a local real estate attorney for further actions.
