Can a recently recorded deed be corrected to reflect correct language in reference to retaining
mineral rights?

Additional Details:
The deed was recorded with the terminology stating I am retaining mineral rights. I agreed to NOT
sign into a lease that allows surface access to mineral extraction which was stated in the sales
agreement. However, the language states that I cannot sign into another lease AND allow access to
surface extraction. Can this be change to reflect the appropriate language that allows me to sign
into another lease with subsurface rights ONLY with no surface access rights.

Yes. It is called a corrective deed.
